Rebecca Weller is a Health & Life Coach, Author of A Happier Hour, Speaker, and creator of Sexy Sobriety and Vegan Sparkles.  After she learned more about the impact diet has on every area of our lives; she ended a relationship; enrolled to study at the world’s largest nutrition school; healed her relationship with her body; fell deeply in love; wrote a ton of wellness eBooks and articles, and healed her dysfunctional relationship wth alcohol.

Now she’s a published author, speaks at live events, coaches clients from around the world, and guides a life-changing program named Sexy Sobriety.
